The project entailed the complete demolition of a 1950s building not far from Milan’s old town, the former Bocconi student hall.
The new concept design is innovative and contemporary in terms of construction and performance standards. It will include 46 residential units with underground garages, an internal courtyard and courtyard gardens.
Buyer required highly customized interiors in the apartments (such as bow windows, special windows, wood panels, etc.) which was undoubtedly the most impactful challenge in this project, especially when coordinating subcontractors who needed to make each single bespoke object according to our directions. Meanwhile we never overlook any possibility to find solutions that best combined the aesthetic and financial needs of any interior design.
